  • Cold pressed oils retain the maximum amount of properties of that particular oil, and hence it’s best to opt for them.
  • For best results, check the label to see if it is 100% natural and doesn’t contain any other additions.
  • In case any of the oils do not suit your skin and cause breakouts, it is best to discontinue it.

Olive oil

A powerhouse of Vitamin A and E as well antioxidants, olive oil does wonders for the skin. The best part? It helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and delays ageing of the skin. The marvel is excellent for those who have dry skin thanks to its high moisturising properties. What’s more, it helps in fading stretch marks caused by weight gain or loss.

Coconut oil

Light on the pocket and easily available, coconut oil which is extracted from the mature kernels of coconuts is our local hero.
